What this software can fence — and what it cannot

What the classroom already does

• A school, not a shop

  We only teach. Delayed last to look. Paper cash is fake. You cannot buy a share or a coin here. Not a broker-dealer, adviser, CTA, CASP, or money transmitter.

• Not directed at children

  COPPA protects children under 13. This is a general-audience school, not a kids’ app and not a broker. Federal law does not require an 18+ date-of-birth wall for education-only paper. We do not ask for a birthday. We do not check a government ID. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. An account, if you make one, is for people 13 or older.

• No tracking cookies

  Typefaces live on this host. We do not load Google Fonts. No ad SDK. No sale of personal information. Global Privacy Control is honored: there is nothing to sell or share.

• Hypothetical paper

  Paper fills and Circuit scores are hypothetical. CFTC Rule 4.41. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

• Rights on this device

  Export a copy. Wipe this browser. Shared-computer lock. Optional desk memory is a switch you can turn off. Language, if you pick it, saves on this device. Anyone with this browser can still read what it stored.

Extra vendors can make a worse file, not a safer school.

• No ID shop

  We will not install passport or selfie age software. That would collect government papers. If a child tapped it, we would hold a child’s ID. That is worse. We do not ask for a birthday at the door.

• No cookie wall

  We will not install a cookie banner for ads we do not run. Strictly necessary storage runs the classroom. Optional desk memory is a labelled switch.

• No broker kit

  We will not install order-routing, custody, or KYC vendor kits. Those belong to a licensed shop. This is a school.

What a lawyer still is for

• A person behind the mail

  Help mail is classroom help. A legal entity, if you form one, is your filing — not a broker license and not something this software can mint.

• Store listings

  Apple and Google questionnaires, age 17+ on a listing, and their review are those shops’ process. We describe Education, 17+, no IAP. We do not fake their badge.

• Cards later

  If Desk Pass is billed later, that is software access. It still is not a live desk. A merchant of record, tax, and a lawyer belong in that step — not in this classroom’s paper cash.
