    We only teach. Terms, privacy, marks, security, and North American rules live in the app. The house line is on every room: look at delayed last. You cannot buy here. Not a broker. Not a shop.

  • Paper only

    No live orders, no custody, no wallet, no in-app purchases, no ads. Paper cash is hypothetical. CFTC Rule 4.41 sits in the terms. World Circuit is a board game, not a wager. Tape Run is a paper video game on the delayed tape, not gambling.

  • Marks we actually use

    Tickers and index names stay with their owners. We do not copy official logos. Nominative teaching is not a shop. News titles stay with the publishers.

    Get the app puts our candlestick mark on this device. That is a real icon. It is not an Apple or Google listing. We do not fake those badges. Delete my account lives on Security and Privacy so a signed-in desk can leave in the app.

  • Who it is for

    A general-audience school. Not directed at children under 13. We do not run an 18+ wall — COPPA is 13, and this is a classroom, not a broker. We do not ask for a date of birth. We do not check a government ID. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If this classroom is listed in a store later, Education and 17+ is the honest content rating — not 12+, and not a broker.

  • What we are not licensed as

    Not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, CTA, CASP, VASP, MSB, or money transmitter. We do not take orders, hold coins, or move cash. Passing a quiz is not a license.

    A public classroom

    This school is a website you can open and a Home Screen app you can keep. A listing on Apple or Google, if it exists later, is those shops’ listing. We do not pretend we already have one.

    Teaching does not require a company. Help mail is classroom help. A legal person behind that mail is not a broker license and not a reason to buy.

    We mark house names with ™ because we use them. We will not pretend ® until a live USPTO registration exists. That registration is not on this page.

    Store listings, if they exist

    Apple and Google listings, when live, live on those shops. Category for this classroom is Education. We do not sell securities, coins, or in-app purchases. The store client is email sign-in and points for extras — no Stripe, no Google/X on Apple, no website receipt inside the binary. Stripe Desk Pass stays on the public website only.

  • Not a broker registration

    We do not take orders. Registering with the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA, CSA/CIRO, or CNBV as if we did would be a different product — and a lie for this classroom.

  • Not a CASP, VASP, or MSB file

    MiCA, FATF, AUSTRAC, FINMA, and BitLicense are lessons we teach. They are not filings this classroom makes. We do not custody, exchange, or transmit crypto-assets.

  • Not an NFA Member

    NFA Compliance Rule 2-9 enhanced supervision — including the 2010-04 notice on taping, extra capital, and pre-filing ads — is for NFA Members. We are not a Member. We do not tape calls, we do not file ads with NFA, and we will not print their badge.

  • Not a fake store badge

    “Download on the App Store” and Google Play badges are their marks. Using them before a live listing is a lie. Home Screen is what a learner can have today.

  • Not investment advice

    We only teach. Lessons, last, and Professor Moon are classroom words. Passing a quiz is not a license. Desk Pass is optional software, not a live desk. A history lesson is not a coupon.
