Every country on this map answers the same four classroom questions. Which shop issued the paper? Which number sits on that shop’s own register? Which named services does the paper cover? And where does the customer actually sit — not where the landing page is hosted. Miss one and you have a halo.

A license to is not a license to run a platform. A registration for AML is not a product blessing. An authorization in France does not, by itself, mean a shop in Texas may serve you. Passport inside the EEA is a legal word with notifications. It is not “we incorporated somewhere quiet.”

The adult move is boring: type the firm on the shop’s site, read the activity list, and sit with whether you live in the country that shop is allowed to serve. A PDF with a crest, a flag in the footer, a consultant’s “we can get you licensed in six weeks” — those are costumes until the four checks hold.
