Article 59: you need a file, or you do not do the work
Article 59 is the usual classroom door. A legal person that provides crypto-asset services in the Union as a business is to be authorized as a CASP. No authorization, no shop — that is the fence, not a vibe. The application goes to the national competent authority of the home member state, not to ESMA as a desk, and not to this classroom.

Article 59 is the usual classroom door. A legal person that provides crypto-asset services in the Union as a business is to be authorized as a CASP. No authorization, no shop — that is the fence, not a vibe. The application goes to the national competent authority of the home member state, not to ESMA as a desk, and not to this classroom.
Home member state, in the usual map, is where the firm is established. Management that is actually there, a registered office, people the NCA can find — those sit next to the form. A virtual mailbox in a member state you picked because a thread said it was quiet is not establishment because a consultant smiled.
